2. Ordering and Payment

2.2. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
2.3. Prices listed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.4. Availability is subject to capacity, and we encourage early booking.
3. Collection
3.1. Click & Collect: Orders can be collected at our designated locations in Moutier or Bienne during the specified times provided at checkout.
3.3. We do not ship our products.
4. Product Information
4.1. Our Plateaux are crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Due to availability, some items may be substituted without prior notice while maintaining quality and value.
4.2. We take special care in preparing our Plateaux, but cross-contamination of allergens cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
4.3. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Each Plateau is uniquely crafted and may vary in appearance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time for a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
5.3. Refunds are issued only in cases of incorrect or defective products. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos and a detailed explanation.

6.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Plateau Magique or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
