When you arrive at the collection point, please present your order confirmation email (digital or printed) to our team.
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee the freshness of our products beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
Orders must be placed by 16:00 the day before your desired collection date. We advise to order your Plateau as early as possible.
Changes to your order are possible up to 16:00 the day before the collection date. Please contact us promptly to discuss your requirements.
If a date is unavailable, it means we are fully booked for that day. We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for weekends.
Yes, we strive to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences. Please specify your requirements in the “Other” section during the checkout process, and we will do our best to adjust your order accordingly.

For the best experience, we recommend consuming your Plateau on the same day of collection. However, they can be enjoyed within 24 hours if stored properly in a refrigerator.
